The grounds at the Prince Kuhio Resort are intimate and well kept. Besides the private swimming pool, there are a koi pond, manicured walkways, tiny waterfalls, floral displays, a complete BBQ area, palm, eucalyptus, bamboo, and many other varities of trees.

Is an open space preserve abutting the eastern side of the Prince Kuhio Resort that is significant in Hawaiian culture (see links on home page).
